Pretty damn simple.

Simple clothes in good fits are probably the hardest thing to find when you haven't got the time to look or the money to pay for them. Shirts are an exception though, I reckon.

Context is partly what makes the shirt look as good as it can look. If I saw 100 photographs of Lara Stone in a mix of black and white shirts, I'd probably think it was genius. But think of say, your best mate and how good they'd look in a really well fitted white shirt. It works - they look good. They're not Lara Stone, but they look good.

I'm not a minimalist as such but you can't deny how good a simple shirt and simple clothes make a person look. I double dare you to deny it. And I'm not talking about work shirts that go with fat ties or cheap pinstripe pencil skirts, nor the stiff, open collar, rolled up sleeves ones that some wear with chinos in that vile horsey meffy preppy stupid divvy kind of way. The good ones, I mean.

Blatantly as well, if you're going to wear one, commit - if you're a scruff, wash it and iron it; and if you're a twat, you need to stop being a twat and buy some nice jeans to go with it. It's not difficult to dress your age, punk.
