"The quintessential Rive Gauche haute bohémienne"; a muse and jewellery designer for Yves Saint Laurent; inspiration for Le Smoking. Captivatingly beautiful, with the kind of life and aura that modern girls could barely conceive of. Lived in a thirties apartment in Paris' Montparnasse, decorated in stunning parallel to her colourful and glamorous life, some photographs of which were taken a couple of years ago by Roberto Frankenberg and I've nestled in below. Lived there with her husband and daughter until her death. Such an incredible woman. A pitiful summary of her so I'll let the photographs paint the picture.
